New YMCA Partnership for Faculty and Staff

ymca-logo-socialAs most of you heard at opening this last week, we are very excited to announce our new partnership for students, faculty and staff for memberships at the Danville Family YMCA.

Under this partnership, Averett will contribute $10 per month toward your membership and the YMCA will provide a match for the same amount. The subsidized membership now only costs $15 per month for an individual membership, or $40 per month for a family membership. The $50 joining fee has also been waived!

To take advantage of this savings opportunity, go into the YMCA, show your Averett ID, and tell them you want to sign up for membership. If you currently have a membership at the YMCA, they will be happy to transition your current membership over to this lower cost plan. Faculty and staff memberships are paid directly by the employee and not through payroll deduction.
